Our stay here was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations—the food, the location, and especially the outstanding service. The food was absolutely delicious, with so many fresh and flavorful options to choose from. We looked forward to dining here every day, knowing the quality would be excellent. The location was perfect—beautiful, peaceful, and convenient. It was the ideal place to relax while still having everything we needed close by. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the care and attention we received. My daughter wasn’t feeling well during our visit, and the team’s response was exceptional. The nurse came quickly to check on her, and they even brought complimentary food and fresh fruits to make her feel better. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched our hearts. We also want to thank Palm (or Pamela), the manager, for going above and beyond. She checked on us every morning during breakfast to make sure my daughter was okay and to see if there was anything we needed. Her kindness and care meant so much to us, and it made our stay feel even more special. The staff were incredible—always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything. Their genuine care made this a five-star experience we’ll never forget. I highly recommend this place to anyone! Whether you’re traveling as a family, a couple, or with friends, you’ll find everything you could ever want here—delicious food, a stunning location, and service that goes above and beyond. We’re so grateful for everything and can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful concierge service. They took scale to the room to measure the weights of the luggages. They have a lively restaurant at the beach. They have wonderful food and service there. Wonderful managers and staff there at this restaurant. They listened our special requests for the food for the kid and provided wonderful and delicious food. By rain, they put our table into the restaurant and send us to the ocean wing lobby by club car. The beach and the pool is wonderful for a child between 4-12 years old. They are very clean and well decorated. They even provide pool toys. The beach has white sand and shallow water. The kids can feed the big fishes at the shallow part of the sea by the provided fish food by the staff. They provide snorkels which will be nice after the shallow part of the sea. The gym was very nice. They provide cold free water everywhere.

The staff were exceptional - each staff member we met was was genuinely warm and friendly and always willing to go the extra step to make our stay very enjoyable! The small, private beach had lots of beach chairs, towels. We were able to order delicious coconuts and lunch using the online system right from our beach chairs. 😊water boots were available which made it so much easier to snorkel right off the beach and view the fish in the natural marine sanctuary. It was wonderful. The buffet breakfast at Tides was delicious with a staggering variety of food and fresh fruits!! We also loved the Cowrie restaurant and grill - sitting outside overlooking the water was a special treat.

Another example was when wanting to enter our room while it was being cleaned; staff asked your name and to swipe your card to prove it's your room, great! Privacy. Private beach. Own cabin during massages at Chi Spa. Quality. Everything is so beautifully laid out, designed, high-quality fabrics, bed, etc. Everything is so fabulous that even the trashbins look good. A must-mention: the food. Whatever you're having, it's all delicious. We recommend the Chinese restaurant, specifically their Chef's signature prawns with mango (starter) and the Australian beef (main).

The hotel is located directly at an amazing beach where you can snorchel and do other water activities. Also it is super close to the airport and not far from cebu city. We paid for an upgrade at the check in to get a bigger room as we were a family of four plus my mother. The Suite had an amazing view directly over the swimming pool and overlooking the ocean. Diane from the reception was so nice and we got a surprise gift and also a small goodbye gift on checkout. The restaurant at the ocean is amazing and due to the ocean breeze not too hot. Also breakfast has a lot of choices and options.
