Safety. Bags screened through scanner at entrance and k9 sniffing dog. Another example was when wanting to enter our room while it was being cleaned; staff asked your name and to swipe your card to prove it's your room, great! Privacy. Private beach. Own cabin during massages at Chi Spa. Quality. Everything is so beautifully laid out, designed, high-quality fabrics, bed, etc. Everything is so fabulous that even the trashbins look good. A must-mention: the food. Whatever you're having, it's all delicious. We recommend the Chinese restaurant, specifically their Chef's signature prawns with mango (starter) and the Australian beef (main).

The resort itself is beautiful. The facilities and gardens are just gorgeous. The breakfast each morning was superb. Its great having a choice of different restaurants to have dinner each night. The beach and pool areas were fabulous. The water at the beach was clean and clear and there were plenty of fish to see when snorkeling. Hopefully the coral will regenerate over the years to come. The staff were very accommodating. We travelled as an extended family group and they were able to change rooms for us so that we had interconnecting rooms. There is plenty for the kids to do.

Our stay here was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations—the food, the location, and especially the outstanding service. The food was absolutely delicious, with so many fresh and flavorful options to choose from. We looked forward to dining here every day, knowing the quality would be excellent. The location was perfect—beautiful, peaceful, and convenient. It was the ideal place to relax while still having everything we needed close by. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the care and attention we received. My daughter wasn’t feeling well during our visit, and the team’s response was exceptional. The nurse came quickly to check on her, and they even brought complimentary food and fresh fruits to make her feel better. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched our hearts. We also want to thank Palm (or Pamela), the manager, for going above and beyond. She checked on us every morning during breakfast to make sure my daughter was okay and to see if there was anything we needed. Her kindness and care meant so much to us, and it made our stay feel even more special. The staff were incredible—always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything. Their genuine care made this a five-star experience we’ll never forget. I highly recommend this place to anyone! Whether you’re traveling as a family, a couple, or with friends, you’ll find everything you could ever want here—delicious food, a stunning location, and service that goes above and beyond. We’re so grateful for everything and can’t wait to come back!

Service by all staff was acceptable, friendly. Variety of activities very wide and well provided. We loved the room we had. Very quiet and clean.
